Sharon is our Practice Manager and she captains the Bioathletic ship on a daily basis, but she’s better known around here simply as ‘Shaz’

Everyone loves Shaz. She is a true people person and the absolute lifeblood of our Manly practice. While she’s possibly a little OCD and has an unhealthy obsession for Acai bowls, we couldn’t do what we do without her.

The other place you might find Shaz is over at Cromer Park where she is the Women’s Technical Director at Manly United Football Club. Shaz has helped so many girls grow and develop into incredible football players over the past 16 years, including players such as Remy Siemsen and Ally Green, who are now playing for National, A-League and European teams.
