REST IS NOT THE ANSWER

While you rest, your body loses strength, flexibility and conditioning. Injuries, just like performance, need the exact opposite. Injuries need loading to stimulate healing, and the underlying cause needs to be addressed, not ignored.

HEALTH IS NOT BINARY

There’s no on/off switch to health. It’s a continuum. Being “uninjured” has never inspired us as it’s only one small step away from being injured again. It’s why we like to see our Urban Athletes leave us not only stronger, more mobile and more resilient after their injury but also committed to staying that way.

Individually, we can’t be specialists at everything. So instead, we focus on using a team approach to optimising health. Our team has a wide variety of skills and focus areas so that we can ensure that your care is always on point.
